What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Who is responsible for return shipping? As a small business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Thank you for understanding!

How do I initiate a return? To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once you receive the authorization, simply package the item securely and send it back to us.

What is your exchange policy? If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt to initiate an exchange. We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

What if my item is damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

Do you accept gift returns? Yes, we accept gift returns. If you received an item as a gift and would like to swap it out for a different item, please contact our customer service team to initiate the swap out process. Please note that the refund for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.

When will I receive my refund? We will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund, depending on their processing times.
